Attensi wins Best Enterprise Learning Solution at CODiE Awards
We’re absolutely thrilled to announce that we’ve scooped the award for Best Corporate/Enterprise Learning Solution at the SIIA CODiE Awards 2022 for our work with Hiscox.
The CODiE Awards shine a light on the innovation taking place in technology products and services. After being reviewed by experts and community leaders, we were winners at the awards’ online celebrations on June 8th 2022.
An ‘unlock’ opportunity
Partnering with specialist global insurer Hiscox, we delivered the world’s first insurance training simulator for underwriters. The platform helps to reduce skill gaps and train junior underwriters on best practices in risk management and insurance.
Giving learners access to real world scenarios without the real world risk, our platform allows people to learn from their mistakes in a safe environment. This approach to learning is beneficial to industries all over the world, in every sector.
How we met the criteria
The award from CODiE recognizes Attensi as the best platform to support employees in their learning and development.
The recognition highlights Attensi as the leading platform for training and developing teams in an engaging way from onboarding through to upskilling. Educating employees and providing them with specific knowledge that results in the successful execution of their jobs is an important aspect of the award’s criteria.
Our partnership with Hiscox
Working with Hiscox, we developed game-based training that would improve underwriter’s case analysis and communication skills with brokers and claims teams. Creating a bespoke learner journey that includes a combination of Attensi SKILLS and Attensi BEHAVIOUR, the results speak for themselves.
