With our SKILLS solution, SportScheck was already able to take 3rd place at the German Human Resources Award in cooperation with Attensi.

The evaluation process

The decision on this award was made by a renowned jury consisting of experts from business, academia and the media. Cindy Rubbens, Chief Human Resources Officer Blacklane, and Prof. Dr. Simon Werther, representative of the Bundesverband Deutsche Startups HR-Fachgruppe and Professor of Leadership, Munich University of Applied Sciences, acted as chairpersons.

The jury evaluated the applicants based on the following criteria:

  • Degree of innovation, degree of unique selling point
