Attensi wins HR Innovation Award for ‘Learning & Development’ at Zukunft Personal Europe 2023, transforming HR with innovative training solutions. Read more.
Attensi was awarded the HR Innovation Award in the category “Learning & Development” at this year’s Zukunft Personal Europe trade fair. The renowned prize recognizes companies that break new ground in the HR sector with innovative approaches and products.
The HR Innovation Award ceremony took place on 12 September 2023 as part of Zukunft Personal where Personalmagazin served as media partner.
In the category “Learning & Development”, a total of 39 candidates competed, but Attensi stood out with its innovative employee training based on behavioral psychology, gaming and cutting-edge technology. This approach encourages employees to repeat the training and is proven to close knowledge gaps.
The jury was impressed by the diverse product range, which offers mobile training solutions, IT training and immersive 3D experiences for a deep learning experience.
Attensi uses advanced L&D training methods and world-class gameplay technology, including AI, VR, immersive simulations, avatars and creator tools.
The impact of the approach is evident in the growing demand for corporate training solutions. The platform offers a unique and highly effective approach. With the no-code creator tool, customers can develop their own games without any programming.
With our SKILLS solution, SportScheck was already able to take 3rd place at the German Human Resources Award in cooperation with Attensi.
The decision on this award was made by a renowned jury consisting of experts from business, academia and the media. Cindy Rubbens, Chief Human Resources Officer Blacklane, and Prof. Dr. Simon Werther, representative of the Bundesverband Deutsche Startups HR-Fachgruppe and Professor of Leadership, Munich University of Applied Sciences, acted as chairpersons.
The jury was particularly impressed by three features of Attensi’s product range: Firstly, the market readiness of a highly innovative product, including VR solutions. Second, the ability to scale Attensi’s solutions for clients and its business model. Third, the company’s proven track record with high-profile clients.
Attensi’s Cologne office has ambitious growth plans and serves as a central hub for the German-speaking region. Clients such as Bosch Siemens Hausgeräte (BSH), SportScheck, Vapiano, Boehringer Ingelheim and Mercedes-Benz have already achieved outstanding results with Attensi’s solutions.
