G2 badges are earned in reviews, not in press releases. Every one is based on what verified users say about the product they use every day. High Performer goes to products whose users rate them highly for satisfaction. So when Attensi earned ten badges this fall, we went back to the reviews to see what people actually value.

The pattern was clear. People want to get better at their jobs. Companies want to help them grow. Training has rarely been built around that, and our reviewers notice when it is.

Our own research says the same. In Motivation and Skill Mastery in the Workplace 2026, our survey of 505 US hospitality workers, 95% said getting better at something is motivating in itself. 41% would choose better training over a 5% pay rise.

One reviewer in the United States titled their review: “It's so fun you forget you're training.” That's the joy of mastery: the feeling of getting good at something that matters. Here's what we built to deliver it, and the proof that it changes performance.

Practice your people choose to come back to

Most training gets completed once, because it has to be. The training that changes performance is the training people return to because they want to get better. With Attensi, people practice 5x more than required.

That's because they practice the real job, not a slide about it. Our AI role-play solution lets people rehearse the conversations they'll actually have, with an AI character that listens and responds the way a customer would. Our 3D environment simulations put them on the shop floor, in the kitchen or at the counter before their first real shift.

At DNV, surveyors used AI role-play to practice high-stakes customer conversations. 92% improved their score when they repeated the training, and scores rose 20% on average from first to best attempt.

At Alsea, which runs nearly 200 Starbucks cafés across France, Belgium and the Netherlands, employees repeated each module 4.7 times on average.

The science

Built on science, proven on 2 billion datapoints

People don't come back to training by accident. Every scenario we build is designed with behavioral science, and the principles are simple to name.

  • Deliberate practice: practice until the skill is yours. Skills grow through focused repetition with a clear goal.
  • Immediate feedback: know what to change, the moment it matters. Feedback in the moment changes behavior faster.
  • Safe failure: get it wrong here, so you get it right out there. Mistakes in a safe space build confidence for the real thing.

Workers agree. In our 2026 study, 77% said they can't master new skills without practicing them, and 84% said practicing in a safe environment helps them learn faster. Yet 65% said their training focuses on information rather than hands-on practice.

We don't just design for this. We measure it. More than 200 million playthroughs have produced 2 billion datapoints on what keeps people practicing and what makes skills stick. Every new playthrough makes the next solution better.

Create it

Training anyone can build in minutes

L&D teams rarely lack ideas. They lack time. A new process or a new compliance rule can take weeks to turn into training, and by then the business has moved on.

With our content creation tool, teams describe what their people need in plain words and get a playable module in minutes, in any language. The science is built in, so they don't need instructional design or coding skills. That's what being an AI-native company means to us: AI puts our science in everyone's hands.

At Star Pubs, building new training dropped from a week to under a day, and new content now ships up to 75% faster. Age verification training that took 30 minutes as e-learning now takes five.

A verified G2 reviewer in Germany put it simply: with AI “we can create content faster in different languages. This closes time to market.”

Prove it

Impact measured, not assumed

Completion rates tell you who clicked through. They don't tell you who got better at the job. Our insights and analytics connect practice data to the business metrics leaders already track, so L&D can show what changed, where and why.

Davines is a great example. Its field sales team practiced the new Beautiful Things haircare range on their phones, in short sessions between salon visits. Salespeople who spent 30 minutes or more in the training more than doubled their Beautiful Things sales. The training also closed 77% of the remaining competence gap, with 99% learner satisfaction. Easiest To Do Business With

Easy to work with, by our customers' account

One badge isn't about the product. Easiest To Do Business With goes to the product with the highest ease-of-doing-business rating in its category on G2's Relationship Index. We're proud of this one, because it's earned by the teams behind every rollout.

For buyers

What to ask if you're evaluating training platforms

Most vendors in this space have one piece. Engagement tools have the experience. Analytics vendors have the numbers. AI role-play tools have the conversation practice. Few connect creating the training, practicing the whole job and proving the result.

Whoever you shortlist, ask them three questions.

  1. Do people come back without being told to? Repeat rates show whether people find the training useful, and whether it will stick.
  2. Can your team build and update training without the vendor? If every change needs a project, your training will always lag your business.
  3. Can you show performance change, not just completions? Ask for a customer result tied to sales, audit scores or time to competence.

You can read every verified review on Attensi's G2 profile. We're happy to answer all three questions with our own customer data.
