As Norway’s foremost innovators in gamified training solutions, we’re eager to continue to explore Artificial Intelligence’s impact on HR. This year, we’re focusing on the transformative potential of Artificial Intelligence in HR practices, enabling faster and more significant impacts.

Former CEO of companies such as Nille, Travel Retail Norway, Europris, and XXL. With a degree in Business Economics from NHH, he spent five years at the consulting firm McKinsey in Stockholm, but worked all over the world including Australia and Switzerland. Later, he pursued an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and most recently in the spring of 2023, he participated in the Executive Board Programme at INSEAD.
Global Lead Skills & Learning | Hydro
With nearly 20 years of experience from L&D across a range of industries she has worked for companies like Telenor, DNB and EVRY. I 2019 she took her current position in Norsk Hydro ASA, a global company with 32000 employees across 40 countries. She’s responsible for the global skills & learning strategy, the learning tech ecosystem and methodology. She is especially interested in the possibilities within new technology and to drive personalized, meaningful, and targeted learning experiences at scale.
CEO | Attensi
Trond co-founded Attensi in 2012 with a dream of creating a company which would transform the world of business learning as well as people’s lives. Ten years on Attensi has grown into a fast-expanding business with customers globally and teams in Oslo, London, Stockholm, Cologne and Boston. His vision for gamified simulation training was inspired by his unique blend of experience, which includes training consultancy with McKinsey and CEO at video game developer Funcom.

With a Master’s degree in International Business from Aston University and a training course in Immersive Technology from NTNU, he brings a unique perspective to Jotun. He’s good a leveraging technology to drive business value and empower others to excel. He brings a unique perspective to Jotun combining business insight, technological skills, and learning and development expertise.
