How Game Mechanics Drive Engagement and Behavior Change

When: June 2nd, 2026
Time: 08.30 – 10.30
Where: Forskningsparken (Lyng), Oslo

What makes people want to return to training – again and again?

Most training gets completed once and forgotten. But when you apply the right game mechanics, something shifts: people replay, practice, and actually improve their skills and knowledge.

At the end of the day, it’s about creating engagement and behavior change through game mechanics – and showing the effect of it. That’s exactly what this breakfast seminar will deliver.

We’ll unpack why game mechanics work – not as a gimmick, but a proven driver of repeat engagement and real behavior change. You’ll hear the science behind it, see it in action through a real customer case, and leave with a clear picture of what this means for your training strategy.
