WHY AI?

Attensi AS and our wholly owned subsidiaries (“Attensi”), intend on utilizing AI in the provision of our services.

Our intention is to unlock the value of AI across both our new and existing customer base, transforming the efficiency of our services and ultimately the ‘end result’ of our gamified solutions.

We want you, our customers, to reap the benefits.

 

WHAT WILL ATTENSI USE AI FOR?

The potential for usage of AI in our projects is immeasurable, but some examples of our intended usage can be found below:

• Translating content
• Generating content such as minigames and text
• Text-to-speech
• Creating content from source material (files, links etc.)
• Content generation based on user input (text, files, links, etc.)
• To enable your users access to AI features within the Attensi Platform

 

WHAT DATA OF OURS DO YOU INTEND ON USING IN AI?

The data, if any, will be the content provided by you to assist Attensi in the provision of the services and training solutions. This can include information, text, audio, video and pictures.

 

HOW WILL OUR DATA BE USED BY AI PROVIDERS?

Any data provided by you or generated during a customer project will be handled with care and in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations. In accordance with the agreement between our parties, we will not disclose your data to third parties without your prior consent, unless required by law.

Please note, however, that any data uploaded into AI will be processed in accordance with its governing terms and conditions.

The use of AI may involve the use of algorithms, machine learning models, and data analytics to enhance the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of our services.

Rest assured that your data will not be used by third parties to train AI or be made available to other customers of the AI provider.

 

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO PROVIDE CONSENT?

By providing your consent to Attensi’s usage of AI in our projects with you, you understand the purposes for which AI will be used and agree to the terms outlined herein.

 

HOW LONG DOES THIS CONSENT LAST?

Your consent will remain in effect for as long as you have a valid agreement in place with Attensi.

 

CAN WE WITHDRAW CONSENT?

Yes, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without any liability, by notifying your Attensi point of contact.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T PROVIDE CONSENT?

Attensi will continue to provide the services without the use of 3rd party AI, and your users will be unable to utilize the AI features within our platform.
You have no obligation to provide consent.
