If you want to unlock the value of AI in your solution, an authorised representative of your company may complete the ‘Consent Form’ below recording their agreement to the following provision which shall be treated as a supplementing the contract in place between your company (“Customer”) and Attensi:
“Customer grants Attensi the right to enable the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology within the provision of the services Attensi provides to the Customer.
For the purpose of this provision, “AI” refers to any technology or algorithm that enables the software solution to perform intelligent tasks, such as data analysis, prediction, optimization, automation, or other similar tasks without explicit human programming.
Customer has the right to disable the use of AI at any time by notifying its Attensi point of contact.
Attensi will not use any Customer Content (as defined in the Attensi Terms of Use) to train AI, nor will it be made available to other users of the AI provider.
The parties shall abide by all applicable laws and regulations concerning the use of AI, including data privacy and security regulations.
Attensi shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or consequences arising from the use of AI within the software solution, including but not limited to data inaccuracies, errors, or system failures.”
