What does better training change in a pub?

The Attensi Pub Forum is a practical, peer-led half-day for learning, operations and people leaders from across the pub sector, focused on how learning can improve performance across your business – from onboarding and compliance to guest experience, sales and team retention.

In pubs, new starters are often serving within days and standards are tested on the busiest shifts, so completion rates rarely tell the whole story. You’ll hear how other pub businesses are tackling that, with Star Pubs – who halved onboarding time and lifted audit scores from 87% to 95% – alongside Fuller’s and Greene King sharing the results and lessons from their own work with Attensi.
