Attensi Accessibility Statement

Commitment

Attensi is committed to ensuring digital accessibility and inclusion for everyone. We do not discriminate or exclude due to individual characteristics or circumstances, including but not limited to age, disability, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital status, political opinion, race, color, nationality, ethnic or national origin, religion or belief.

Attensi’s simulation-based platform, portal, software, technical interfaces and related technology is provided as a b-t-b software-as-a-service (SaaS) offering through both web-based and application-based solutions (hereinafter the “Attensi Platform”). We believe that by making our technology more accessible, we’re helping create a future with greater opportunity and equality.

To this end, we actively seek to improve the user experience for all users of the Attensi Platform and aim to be compliant with relevant accessibility standards, including (for our web-based products) the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), version 2.1.

Accessibility Measures

Attensi implements the following measures to ensure accessibility of the Attensi Platform:

  • Appointed an Accessibility Group.
  • Including people with disabilities in our design process, when relevant.
  • Including accessibility as part of our development process.
  • Educating content producers through accessibility guidance in training materials.
  • Educating internal product resources on WCAG and other relevant accessibility standards.
  • Tracking user feedback through testing and in-product surveys.

Attensi is conscious of global accessibility standards, such as the WCAG, and base our accessibility approach on their 4 main principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable and Robust, as further described below:

  • Perceivable – The Attensi Platform should be perceivable to its users, including those using assistive technologies. All users should be able to perceive and access the content Attensi presents.
  • Operable – The Attensi Platform should be operable by all users, including those using assistive technologies.
  • Understandable – The Attensi Platform and its content should be understandable by all users.
  • Robust – content in the Attensi Platform must be robust enough so that it can be interpreted reliably by a wide variety of user agents, including assistive technologies.

Below are a few of the accessibility measures we’ve implemented across parts of the Attensi Platform:

*As the WCAG is targeted towards structured websites, accessibility measures cannot be implemented equally across Attensi’s application-based products. Focus for those products is implemented in response to feedback from users.
