Start the day with coffee, light breakfast, and networking, followed by an introduction to the key trends shaping the future of workforce performance.
In this session, we’ll explore and the skills gaps confidence crisis, a growing challenge across retail and hospitality. We’ll share insights from Attensi’s latest research as featured in The Hill and Forbes. Our experts will outline how leading organizations are addressing these issues through targeted, outcome-driven training that builds the critical skills employees need to succeed.
We’ll then shift focus to Designing learning for impact—demonstrating how to create training experiences that not only engage employees, but deliver measurable results against your business KPIs.

Enjoy a curated lunch in a relaxed setting, with the opportunity to connect and exchange perspectives with peers from across the industry.
13:00 – 17:00
The afternoon is dedicated to applied innovation and practical execution.
We begin with a forward-looking discussion on the Role of AI in training production—an area rapidly transforming how learning is created and scaled. You’ll gain insight into how leading organizations are leveraging AI not just to increase efficiency but to give trainees valuable experience in a safe-space to practice – providing them with real-world skills that can be implemented confidently in their roles.
This is followed by an interactive session where you’ll explore Attensi’s latest AI-powered tools and build elements of training firsthand.
We’ll then focus on Driving internal buy-in —sharing strategies to build internal champions, embed learning into daily operations, and ensure long-term success of your programs.
The day concludes with facilitated customer roundtables, providing a forum to benchmark with peers, exchange best-practice ideas, and leave with actionable strategies tailored to your organization.
