Og p\u00e5 ny\u00e5ret skal 200 medarbeidere i tjenester for mennesker med nedsatt funksjonsevne delta i en pilot med Etikk som tema i spillbasert l\u00e6ring og simuleringstrening.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e5let er \u00e5 skape felles kunnskapsgrunnlag \u2013 og det p\u00e5 en annerledes m\u00e5te enn kommunen er vant med.\u202fHer skal de ansatte spille seg til kunnskap.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&laquo;Det er g\u00f8y, og det er et veldig godt supplement\u202ftil vanlig oppl\u00e6ring,&raquo;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>sier Ole Anders Bakke,\u202fAvdelingsleder infrastruktur og samferdsel.\u202fHan er en av dem som har v\u00e6rt med \u00e5 teste spillbasert l\u00e6ring.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&laquo;Vi m\u00e5 tenke nytt om hvordan vi dekker behovene til b\u00e5de innbyggere og ansatte. Er de ansatte mer aktive i l\u00e6ringsprosessene n\u00e5r denne metoden tas i bruk? Er dette en mer effektiv metode for l\u00e6ring? Legger det til rette for l\u00e6ring i en mer praktisk kontekst? Gjennom de innsamlede dataene kan det dokumenteres en kunnskapsheving p\u00e5 42,1 %.<\/p>\n<p>Informasjonen som er samlet inn skal brukes videre i en evalueringsrapport for piloten, men allerede n\u00e5 kan vi peke p\u00e5 et tydelig l\u00e6ringsutbytte gjennom spillbasert oppl\u00e6ring, sier Mone Sveia.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"larger-h2 larger-h3\">Etisk refleksjon<\/h3>\n<p>I piloten som handler om etisk refleksjon, har medarbeidere fra Tjenester for mennesker med nedsatt funksjonsevne og fra Utvikling og digitalisering jobbet sammen for \u00e5 utvikle relevante etiske dilemmaer.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&laquo;De har jobbet med \u00e5 beskrive scenarier og situasjoner der medarbeidere stilles overfor etiske utfordringer og dilemmaer. Situasjonene man m\u00f8ter i spillet m\u00e5 oppleves som relevante og tjenesten\u00e6re for at dette skal ha en direkte overf\u00f8ringsverdi til egen arbeidshverdag,&raquo; <cite>sier Kjersti T.
