utvikle neste generasjons oppl\u00e6ring for fagpersoner og studenter innen psykisk helse. Innovasjonspartnerskapet har levert en pilot-VR-l\u00f8sning som hjelper ansatte og studenter trene p\u00e5 klinisk observasjon, uten \u00e5 \u00f8ve p\u00e5 faktiske pasienter.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-18774\" src=\"https:\/\/attensi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/e2bc779e6dae0311265f60bfbe75b6964e202ac7-1200x675-2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em><sup>Artiklen ble orginalt postet hos <a href=\"https:\/\/eggsdesign.com\/work\/case\/simulation-based-training-for-mental-health-professionals#\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EggsDesign<\/a>.<\/sup><\/em><\/p>\n<p>I 2021 mottok St. Olavs Hospital et tilskudd p\u00e5 7,9 millioner kroner fra Innovasjon Norge, som de investerte i et innovasjonspartnerskap med Attensi og EGGS Design for \u00e5 utforske simuleringsbaserte oppl\u00e6ringsl\u00f8sninger. EGGS har bidratt med tjenestedesign, samarbeid med interessenter og brukerinnsiktsarbeid. Et \u00e5r senere er pilotprosjektet klart.<\/p>\n<h2>En revolusjonerende teknologidrevet l\u00f8sning<\/h2>\n<p>Et velkjent problem med oppl\u00e6ring for helsepersonell som jobber innen mental og psykisk helse, er hvor vanskelig det er \u00e5 tilby tilstrekkelig oppl\u00e6ring rundt hvordan man h\u00e5ndterer pasienter i akutte situasjoner. Det kan v\u00e6re etisk utfordrende \u00e5 \u00f8ve p\u00e5 faktisk pasienter i s\u00e5rbare tilstander, og det kan v\u00e6re risikabelt b\u00e5de for pasienten og for ansatte. En VR (virtuell virkelighet) simulator gj\u00f8r det mulig for helsepersonell og studenter \u00e5 \u00f8ve p\u00e5 m\u00f8te med s\u00e5rbare pasienter, uten risiko for mulige feil.<\/p>\n<p>Videre gj\u00f8r VR det mulig for personalet \u00e5 \u00f8ve p\u00e5 \u00e5 v\u00e6re mer samstemte i ordbruken sin. Det vil hjelpe pasienter \u00e5 f\u00e5 riktig behandling og gj\u00f8r det enklere for pasienter \u00e5 bli behandlet av ulike ansatte.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&laquo;EGGS har hatt en viktig rolle i dette prosjektet. Vi har samarbeidet tett med psykiatere, psykologer, sosialarbeidere og annet helsepersonell, samt studenter og professorer, for \u00e5 hente brukerinnsikt og teste l\u00f8sningen.<\/p>\n<p>Videre har vi fokusert p\u00e5 \u00e5 sikre at ulike interessenter &#8211; representanter fra sykehuset og kommunen, helsepersonell og universitetsansatte &#8211; er samstemte n\u00e5r det gjelder m\u00e5l, retning og praktisk bruk av prosjektet gjennom tilrettelegging og kontinuerlig involvering i prosessen.<\/p>\n<p>Avatarene snakker og uttrykker seg akkurat som faktiske pasienter, noe som stiller h\u00f8ye krav til animasjoner for \u00e5 imitere ansiktsuttrykk, bevegelser og tale. For \u00e5 gj\u00f8re oppl\u00e6ringen realistisk, er simuleringene bygget med stemmekontroll, som tvinger brukerne til \u00e5 si de riktige tingene med riktig toneleie til &#8216;pasienten&#8217; for \u00e5 oppn\u00e5 \u00f8nsket resultat.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Neste steg<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En pilot\/test har nylig blitt gjennomf\u00f8rt ved tre ulike klinikker, der innsikt om den praktiske bruken av verkt\u00f8yet ble samlet. Det neste steget i prosjektet er \u00e5 utforske hvilke institusjoner som \u00f8nsker \u00e5 investere i l\u00f8sningen for \u00e5 skape mer innhold og bygge opp en samling av ulike scenarier som kan
