Flere av avtalene er hemmelige, men Shifter har tidligere avsl\u00f8rt at Attensi har en med Starbucks, andre medier har fortalt at Boston Consulting Group og flere andre internasjonale konsulenthus er p\u00e5 kundelista.<\/p>\n<p>Her hjemme finner vi blant andre Norgesgruppen, Hydro og Equinor, samt flere finansinsitusjoner. I Storbritannia har Attensi landet en avtale med det britiske helsevesenet NHS.<\/p>\n<p>Den \u00e5rlige veksten i lisensinntektene har \u00f8kt med 60 prosent \u00e5r for \u00e5r de siste fire \u00e5rene. I innev\u00e6rende \u00e5r ligger de an til \u00e5 n\u00e5 100 millioner kroner i omsetning.<\/p>\n<p>Selskapet ville kunne ha g\u00e5tt i pluss i \u00e5r, hadde det ikke v\u00e6rt for at de n\u00e5 henter inn storinvesteringen som skal brukes til \u00e5 \u00f8ke veksten ytterligere. Storsatsingen gj\u00f8r at det ikke vil bli pluss i regnskapene med det f\u00f8rste.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&laquo;De nye pengene skal investeres n\u00e5r vi n\u00e5 g\u00e5r inn i en ny vekstfase,&raquo; <cite>presiserer Aas.<\/cite><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>Kunne velge<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Det virker jo til \u00e5 g\u00e5 bra, og dere f\u00e5r vel mange henvendelser fra investorer. Hvorfor velge akkurat disse?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>&laquo;Vi har klart \u00e5 etablere oss i USA, uten \u00e5 ha kontor i USA. Vi har i dag \u00e5tte store globale kunder med hovedkvarter i USA. Vi ser at det amerikanske er en viktig og ny stor satsing for oss, s\u00e5 vi \u00f8nsket \u00e5 finne investorer som kunne bist\u00e5 i denne prosessen, som hadde erfaring med \u00e5 skalere et SaaS-selskap og var til stede i USA.&raquo;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Hvordan har dere g\u00e5tt frem for \u00e5 f\u00e5 denne type investorer med p\u00e5 laget?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>&laquo;Viking Venture har hatt kontakt med disse tidligere, i tillegg har Pareto bist\u00e5tt oss i prosessen og GCA Altium har v\u00e6rt inne som r\u00e5dgiver. Vi selv har ogs\u00e5 hatt l\u00f8pende oppdateringer og diskusjoner med flere investorer, selv i perioder hvor det ikke har v\u00e6rt snakk om noen konkret finansiering.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&laquo;Med tanke p\u00e5 st\u00f8rrelsen p\u00e5 investeringen er det n\u00f8dvendig med erfarne r\u00e5dgivere,&raquo;<\/em> if\u00f8lge Aas.<\/p>\n<h2>Styrer unna b\u00f8rs<\/h2>\n<p>Det siste \u00e5ret har det v\u00e6rt en jevn str\u00f8m av norske tech-selskaper som har g\u00e5tt p\u00e5 Euronext Growth-b\u00f8rsen, inspirert av den eventyrlige verdiutviklingen til blant annet Kahoot. Noen har f\u00e5tt en opptur, mens andre har g\u00e5tt p\u00e5 en smell og opplevd at kursen har sunket.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dere hadde jo passet bra i folden av disse selskapene. Hvorfor blir det ikke b\u00f8rs p\u00e5 dere n\u00e5?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&laquo;Vi f\u00e5r inn en langsiktig og tung amerikansk investor, som har betydelige midler til \u00e5 f\u00f8lge opp videre. Det er fordeler og ulemper med \u00e5 g\u00e5 p\u00e5 b\u00f8rs. Mitt inntrykk er at det er mange som gj\u00f8r dette hovedsakelig for \u00e5 finansiere videre vekst. S\u00e5 n\u00e5r vi har eiere som har lyst til \u00e5 v\u00e6re med oss i den videre veksten, er dette viktig og riktig for oss,&raquo; sier Aas.<\/p>\n<h3>Investerer i folk og teknologi<\/h3>\n<p>Siden oppstarten i 2014 har Attensi vokst til rundt 120 ansatte. 25 av disse er i London, resten er p\u00e5 hovedkvarteret i Forskningsparken der selve produktutviklingen foreg\u00e5r. Planen er \u00e5 fortsette ekspansjonen i det amerikanske og europeiske markedet.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&laquo;Vi m\u00e5 ha betydelig kapital for en slik satsing,&raquo; <cite>p\u00e5peker Aas.<\/cite><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Attensi regner med \u00e5 ansette i h\u00f8yt tempo n\u00e5 fremover, og selskapet ansl\u00e5r at de vil runde 200 ansatte om ikke altfor lenge.<\/p>\n<p>Mens det virker til \u00e5 v\u00e6re mest aktuelt \u00e5 ansette flest kommersielle medarbeidere i utlandet, vil pengene ogs\u00e5 bruke til \u00e5 investere videre i teknologi og produkt her hjemme. Anne Lise Waal leder selskapet sammen med Aas og er ogs\u00e5 CTO med ansvar for teknologiutvikling.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&laquo;Produktutvikling vil fortsatt v\u00e6re i Oslo, hvor vi har et fantastisk team vi \u00f8nsker \u00e5 bygge videre p\u00e5. Vi er veldig forn\u00f8yde med \u00e5 sitte der. Det er bra lokasjon,&raquo; <cite>sier Aas i Attensi.<\/cite><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>Gr\u00fcndere og ansatte selger aksjer<\/h2>\n<p>I forbindelse med emisjonen p\u00e5 220 millioner kroner selger ogs\u00e5 ledelsen og enkelte andre aksjon\u00e6rer som var tidlig inne seg noe ned.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00ad&raquo;Selskapet g\u00e5r inn i en ny fase. Noen realiserer noe. Det handler ogs\u00e5 om behovet for \u00e5 gj\u00f8re transaksjonen stor nok, n\u00e5r et st\u00f8rre amerikansk fond g\u00e5r inn i et relativt sett lite norsk selskap. Men de aller fleste ansatte beholder fortsatt det meste av sine aksjer og blir med videre,&raquo; <cite>sier Trond Aas<\/cite><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Gr\u00fcnder og n\u00e5 styreleder Odd Skarheim er en av de som selger aksjer i denne omgang, selv om han fortsatt vil sitte p\u00e5 en betydelig andel. Det har han ogs\u00e5 gjort i et par omganger tidligere. If\u00f8lge en artikkel i Dagens N\u00e6ringsliv som var f\u00f8rst ute med nyheten om storemisjonen, sitter Skarheim igjen med 40 til 50 millioner kroner etter disse transaksjonene.<\/p>\n<p><em>&laquo;Attensi ble jo startet p\u00e5 V\u00e5lerenga i 2009, s\u00e5 det er bra med en realisering etter s\u00e5 mange \u00e5r. For medarbeidere og aksjon\u00e6rer er det viktig \u00e5 skape muligheter for \u00e5 ta ut gevinst p\u00e5 veien. Men jeg er fortsatt stor aksjon\u00e6r,&raquo;<\/em> presiserer han.<\/p>\n<p><em>&laquo;Fremtiden er det aller viktigste, jeg har sterk tro p\u00e5 at dette bare er begynnelsen, og n\u00e5 har vi en
