WHY IS ATTENSI ADDING A NEW SUB-PROCESSOR?
Attensi continuously works to improve our products and services for our customers, which includes investing in the stability of our platform. As such, Attensi has evaluated and decided to engage a new sub-processor to provide the ticketing system for the provision of support for Attensi solutions.
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR ME AS A CUSTOMER?
The addition of this new sub-processor will ensure that you, and your users, will receive the benefit of all support functions provided by Attensi and the Attensi Technology Platform
In doing so, the sub-processor will process yours and your Authorised Users (as defined in the agreement between our companies) personal data, to help enable Attensi to provide the best service and offerings to you.
Adding this new sub-processor does not change any other terms in the signed agreement between our companies.
Attensi will ensure all existing obligations towards our customers are complied with by this new sub-processor.
HAS ATTENSI UNDERTAKEN DUE DILIGENCE ON THESE NEW SUB-PROCESSORS?
Attensi has undertaken appropriate due diligence towards the new sub-processor and is satisfied that they are a reliable company who take the matter of privacy and data protection seriously.

Zendesk
Who is Zendesk?
Zendesk provides a ticketing system which Attensi intends to use for the purpose of assisting with processing support tickets and ultimately streamlining the support provided to our customers.
Why are we onboarding this sub-processor?
Attensi strives to continuously improve our customer support, and see Zendesk as a trusted, reliable and professional company to assist with this. It is anticipated that by onboarding this new sub-processor the processing of support tickets will be more efficient, enabling Attensi to resolve support cases even faster than today.
What personal data will Zendesk process?
The nature of the personal data being processed by Zendesk will be the same as that processed by Attensi and as agreed between our companies in the signed Data Processing Agreement, e.g., username, first name and family name, employee number, phone number, email, title, department, region/district and statistics and analysis of individual results and actions from performance of tests in the simulation software.
Where is data hosted?
Data will be hosted inside the EU/EEA. Zendesk hosts data in Ireland, Dublin.
