Trond co-founded Attensi in 2012 with a dream of creating a company which would transform the world of business learning as well as people’s lives. Ten years on Attensi has grown into a fast-expanding business with customers globally and teams in Oslo, London, Stockholm, Cologne and Boston. His vision for gamified simulation training was inspired by his unique blend of experience, which includes training consultancy with McKinsey and CEO at video game developer Funcom.

Tuva Fjærtoft Lønne holds a Master’s degree in Psychology with a specialization in learning. With her master’s thesis on the use of virtual reality (VR) in interpersonal relationship learning, Tuva is passionate about the intersection of technology and education. In her role as a Simulation Designer at Attensi, she crafts interactive and engaging learning games for companies looking to train their employees effectively. 

Henrik von Krogh Weltz

Henrik launched his career in project management, working for a business outsourcing Norwegian accounting services to India. After running his own company supplying back-end accounting services overseas, he moved to Accenture as a strategy consultant. He joined Attensi in 2018 as Customer Success Manager before switching to Development Director, and then his current role. “I am passionate about empowering people to learn new behaviors and master new skills”.
