Vierzig Prozent der LGBTQ+-Mitarbeitenden gaben an, in den letzten 12 Monaten am Arbeitsplatz Konflikte erlebt zu haben, verglichen mit nur 29% der nicht-LGBTQ+-Mitarbeitenden.
