I think it\u2019s looping back to what I was saying around learning through osmosis. That\u2019s a key area, and one of the stories I\u2019ll tell you about is from our work with\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/attensi.com\/success-stories\/professional-financial-services\/speed-scale-and-a-safe-to-fail-environment-helped-hiscoxs-underwriters-hit-their-kpis\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hiscox Insurance<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019ve never been an underwriter myself so I had to learn a lot about this industry. But I always hear that it is an art and not a science. You need to have gone through these experiences, made these decisions, seen what the results were, and then adjust.<\/p>\n<p>What Hiscox has done to enable their underwriters to develop more quickly is to develop the world\u2019s first underwriting simulator.<\/p>\n<p>Das ist eine gute Frage. Wir m\u00fcssen auch die Werkzeuge daf\u00fcr geben. Es gibt also viel Potenzial, aber wir m\u00fcssen uns auch der Risiken der Automatisierung bewusst sein.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Was sind die gr\u00f6\u00dften Herausforderungen bei der Kombination von menschlicher und digitaler Arbeit?<\/h2>\n<p>Wir nehmen an, dass das Automatisieren verschiedener Prozesse und das Entlasten von monotoner Arbeit das ist, was die Belegschaft will.<\/p>\n<p>Die Menschen wollen anspruchsvolle Aufgaben. Sie wollen ihr Gehirn einsetzen. Wir wissen zwar, dass es bef\u00e4higend sein wird, aber wir vergessen, dass es eine massive Ver\u00e4nderung f\u00fcr sie ist.<\/p>\n<p>Teilweise bauen wir diese F\u00e4higkeiten auf, damit sie sich in einer sicheren Umgebung entwickeln k\u00f6nnen. Aber es geh\u00f6rt so viel mehr dazu, so eine Kultur zu schaffen \u2013 die Kommunikation und die F\u00fchrungsstrategien, die helfen k\u00f6nnen, diese Kultur zu verankern. Ich denke, ein gro\u00dfes Risiko besteht darin, die bestehende Belegschaft zu entfremden.<\/p>\n<p>Die neuen Generationen haben immer \u00fcber virtuelle Kan\u00e4le kommuniziert. Sie sind nicht unbedingt besonders gut darin, sich auf einige der breiteren Generationen oder die breitere Mitarbeiterschaft zu beziehen.<\/p>\n<p>Zu guter Letzt wird die Investition in die Mitarbeitenden und die F\u00f6rderung ihrer Entwicklung die n\u00f6tige Motivation geben, bei jeder Art von Gesch\u00e4ftstransformation zu helfen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Was muss getan werden, um mehr digitale und technologische Talente anzuziehen?<\/h2>\n<p>Das ist ein wichtiger Kommunikationspunkt. In der Branche gibt es viel Potenzial f\u00fcr massive Fortschritte und man kann Teil dieser Entwicklung sein.<\/p>\n<p>Unternehmen werden besser darin, risikobasierte Entscheidungen zu treffen. Das ist eine sehr positive Folge von Covid \u2013 und dass es nicht nur diese pauschale Ablehnung von der Arbeit zu Hause gibt oder davon, dass einige Daten auf einem pers\u00f6nlichen Ger\u00e4t gespeichert sind.<\/p>\n<p>Etwas, was mich heute hier wirklich beeindruckt hat, ist der eigentliche Zweck der Branche. Allerdings wird das nicht sehr gut kommuniziert. Interaktionen mit Versicherern in ihrer pers\u00f6nlichen Funktion k\u00f6nnen manchmal ziemlich transaktional sein, und so wird die Branche dann gesehen. Tats\u00e4chlich gibt es aber einen breiteren Zweck, der kommuniziert werden k\u00f6nnte, und ich denke, viele Menschen w\u00fcrden sich dahinterstellen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Wie bindet man Mitarbeitende im Versicherungssektor?<\/h2>\n<p>Das Coaching, das von vielen Organisationen gef\u00f6rdert wird, geht darum, die individuellen Antriebe zu verstehen und nicht zu sagen, hier ist eine Roadmap, da m\u00fcssen Sie hinkommen. Es muss damit beginnen, was sie tun m\u00f6chten. Was sind die Motivationen? Wie k\u00f6nnen wir den Weg gestalten? Und dann bringt man die Menschen dazu, ihre eigene Reise selbst in die Hand zu nehmen.<\/p>\n<p>Es ist wirklich schwer als Manager, weil man das Problem l\u00f6sen will. Man fragt, womit man zu k\u00e4mpfen hat, bevor man erkl\u00e4rt, wie man es vor 40 Jahren gemacht hat, als man in der Branche angefangen hat.
