Hierbei handelt es sich um die wachsende Tendenz von Restaurants, Mahlzeiten f\u00fcr die Lieferung nach Hause in externen K\u00fcchen vorzubereiten, abseits von traditionellen Essensausgaben, wo Gerichte pers\u00f6nlich serviert werden.<\/p>\n<p>Diese &#8222;Dark Kitchens&#8220; &#8211; auch als &#8222;Ghost&#8220; oder &#8222;Cloud&#8220; Kitchens bekannt &#8211; sind nicht so bedrohlich, wie sie klingen. Sie arbeiten genauso wie normale K\u00fcchen, mit dem Unterschied, dass die Brigade von den Front-of-House-Funktionen getrennt ist und eine gesch\u00e4ftige K\u00fcche Gerichte f\u00fcr verschiedene Verkaufsstellen zubereiten kann, die dann an Kunden geliefert werden, die \u00fcber Liefer-Apps, Websites oder telefonisch bestellen.<\/p>\n<p>Dieses Modell hat einige Vorteile f\u00fcr Unternehmen &#8211; Skaleneffekte bei der Beschaffung von Zutaten, der Rekrutierung von Personal und der gemeinsamen Nutzung teurer Catering-Hardware, um nur einige zu nennen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Hei\u00dfes neues K\u00fcchenpersonal<\/h2>\n<p>Und trotz vereinzelter Ger\u00fcchte, dass &#8222;Dark Kitchens&#8220; ein Rezept f\u00fcr schlechtere kulinarische Standards sein k\u00f6nnten, weisen Branchenkenner diese Vorstellung zur\u00fcck.
