ausgeben<sup>1<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>Und nach einem Jahr, in dem wir gr\u00f6\u00dftenteils in den eigenen vier W\u00e4nden gefangen waren, ist der Appetit der Verbraucher auf neue und neuartige Erfahrungen nur noch gr\u00f6\u00dfer geworden. Ich glaube, dass eine Flut von Interesse auf uns zukommt.<\/p>\n<p>Da ich selbst ein preisgekr\u00f6ntes Erlebnisangebot betreibe, habe ich viele der Vorteile genossen, die dieses einzigartige Gesch\u00e4ftsmodell zu bieten hat. Und ich habe auf dem Weg dorthin eine Menge hart erarbeiteter Lektionen gelernt.<\/p>\n<p>Es gibt so viele bewegliche Teile bei der F\u00fchrung von Erlebnisgesch\u00e4ften. Aber wenn ich jemandem, der sich in der Erlebnisgastronomie einen Namen machen will, einen Rat geben kann, dann ist meine Botschaft immer dieselbe. Investieren Sie genauso viel (wenn nicht sogar mehr) in die Menschen, denen Sie bei der Umsetzung Ihres Erlebnisses vertrauen, wie in alles andere.<\/p>\n<p>Und hier ist der Grund.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Wie ich lernte, auf meine Mitarbeitenden zu setzen<\/h2>\n<p>Meine eigene erlebnisorientierte Reise begann mit der Gr\u00fcndung meines Unternehmens im Jahr 2016. Zwei Jahre sp\u00e4ter wurden mein Team und ich von TripAdvisor und Whitbread als &#8222;Best Rated UK Tourist Attraction&#8220; ausgezeichnet. Kann ein technisches, akustisches oder visuelles Element oder ein schrulliger Cocktail das Gleiche erreichen? Das glaube ich nicht.<\/p>\n<p>Wir nutzten das Feedback von Kunden und Kritikern, um unser Angebot zu verbessern und herauszufinden, was einen guten Abend wirklich von einem fantastischen unterscheidet. In fast allen R\u00fcckmeldungen, die uns erreichten, gab es eine absolut herausragende Erw\u00e4hnung &#8211; die Teammitglieder, mit denen sie interagiert hatten. Ich glaube fest daran, dass man den Kunden f\u00fcr eine gewisse Zeit entf\u00fchren kann &#8211; weg von seinem Leben, weg von der Allt\u00e4glichkeit, weg von der Realit\u00e4t. Man l\u00e4sst sie spielen, erforschen und etwas Neues und Aufregendes erleben.<\/p>\n<p>Aber die einzige M\u00f6glichkeit, diesen immersiven Zauber zu erreichen, ist, dass Ihr Team hervorragend arbeitet. All die aufwendigen Kulissen und\/oder die interessante Technik sind im Grunde genommen umsonst, wenn Ihre Mitarbeitenden nicht mitspielen. Ihre Kunden werden mit einem dumpfen Schlag in die Realit\u00e4t zur\u00fcckgeholt, und das werden sie nicht vergessen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Grundlagen bleiben dieselben &#8211; es geht immer noch darum, Bestellungen entgegenzunehmen, die Speisekarten zu kennen und Speisen und Getr\u00e4nke mit einem L\u00e4cheln und p\u00fcnktlich zu servieren. Oder wie man einen Kunden auf unterhaltsame und interessante Weise durch diese neue Realit\u00e4t f\u00fchrt, die Sie geschaffen haben, und zwar in wenigen Minuten und viele Male pro Schicht. Und wenn Sie an mehreren Standorten t\u00e4tig sind, muss das alles in gro\u00dfem Ma\u00dfstab geschehen.<\/p>\n<p>Hier macht sich die Qualit\u00e4t Ihrer Trainings um ein Vielfaches bezahlt. Ihre erlebnisorientierte Trainingsl\u00f6sung muss ansprechend, messbar und skalierbar sein. Und angesichts der Vielf\u00e4ltigkeit der Unternehmen in diesem Sektor muss sie h\u00f6chstwahrscheinlich in hohem Ma\u00dfe anpassbar sein, um Ihren spezifischen Anforderungen gerecht zu werden.
